I am a 3/5 Emotional Manifestor. I channel energy to initiate more embodiment, self-empowerment, expansion, transformation, and joy. A session with me will wake up the deepest parts of you that you haven't given yourself permission to fully embody. 

I believe that every single one of us has a unique path, a unique truth and it doesn't fit inside a box. It fits in every single burst of light energy that resides in each one of us and the unique way we show up with it. 

I have experience in many modalities. I'm not meant to stick to just one system. I am a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, IIN Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Human Design Reader, and Cranial Sacral Therapist. I've worked with many Master Teachers and Healers over the years but what is more important is that I've cultivated these skills over 20 years of personal experience, hands on teaching, and full life integration. 

Every system has its unique way to bring us closer to our truest selves, heal and connect us to our bodies and ultimately bring us a sense of contentment in our life. 

I incorporate each of these systems in the work I do. I don't believe there is one way of doing things, living life, or healing. Life is meant to be creative, dynamic, and full of endless possibilities.

Reiki is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. 

It is an ancient energetic healing modality that is simple and yet deeply profound in its wisdom and ability to support the body and spirit with its natural healing process. It supports the body & mind in releasing stress, trauma and pain by creating deep relaxation. Over time, even the deepest patterns can be released.  

It is known for nervous system restoration, clearing psychic debris, energetic blocks, supporting recovery time & ultimately reconnecting you to your True Self. 

Reiki is being used in many hospitals (Mayo Clinic, and Stanford Medical Center among others) pre & post surgery as it has been proven to shorten recovery time and soothe/manage pain. Extensive research has shown that Reiki treatments balance the nervous system which in turn greatly reduces stress.  It supports the body in releasing toxins and purifies the system. Receiving Reiki in times of transition and change can be very supportive. 

Reiki is very helpful for mental and emotional health. It helps restore energetic balance, clear blockages, repressed emotions, feelings of being stuck and unconscious patterns. 

Reiki ultimately connects you to your True Self before trauma and social conditioning. It can assist you in reconnecting you to your purpose, aligning with your spiritual truth and help you heal your past.  It opens up creative channels, activates psychic abilities, and balances chakras. 

Sessions are usually about an hour of hands on work and then 15 to 30 min of mentoring, and evaluation. Leaving plenty of time for integration afterwards is encouraged. 

Reiki is equally as effective in long distance healing, as time and space have no limits on the energetic connectedness of us all.
